iTunes ストアの 100 億ダウンロードも達成して破竹の勢いのアップルだが、久しぶりに株主総会に出席した Jobs は意気軒昂(feisty as ever)で、総会も彼のペースで進んだようだ。

「大きなパズルを埋めるピースのような何かを手に入れる必要が生じても、チェックを切りさえすればよく、多額の資金を借りる必要もないので、会社全体を危険に晒すこともないと知っている。銀行に現金があれば、安心と柔軟性は大きい。」今日の株主総会で Jobs はそう語った。[Bloomberg]
